1. Course Cancellation and Refunds

  • Refunds before the course begins: If you decide to cancel your participation in a course before the class starts, we will be happy to issue a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds after the course begins: Once the course has started, refunds are not available as the services have already been rendered as part of the masterclass. We strive to ensure your comfort throughout the learning process and are always ready to assist you with any questions that may arise during the course.
  • Course rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a class, we offer the option to reschedule to another available course. Rescheduling is allowed once without additional fees.

2. Quality of Service Issues

If you experience technical difficulties (such as connectivity issues or access problems) during a masterclass or webinar, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will make every effort to resolve the issue or offer a solution, including the possibility of rescheduling the class.

3. Service Withdrawal

We understand that circumstances can change, and if you wish to withdraw from a course, you may do so at any time before the course begins. However, as mentioned above, a refund is only available before the course starts. No refunds will be issued once the course has begun.

4. Exceptions

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • The services have been used for more than one masterclass or course.
  • Failure to attend the course due to personal or technical reasons after the class has started.
